RETURN

If something isn't quite right, you are happy offer full refund by the same method you used to pay. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. 

For hygiene reasons underwear briefs cannot be returned. 

UK Customers 

For all UK orders, we offer free return.

Please return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving the item.

Simply fill out the return form and put it inside the parcel. 

Attach the pre-paid Royal Mail postage label included in the original packaging to the return parcel.

Please note that responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.

Please remember to ask for a proof of postage. 

International Customers 

For orders outside of the UK, you could return any item within 28 days of receiving your order.

Please note that you will need to cover the postage charge yourself.

Please mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid being charged any duties. 

We recommend that you opt for a tracked postal service and obtain proof of posting.

Note that MONOLOGY will not be responsible for the loss of the returned parcel.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange, please return the item following the above instructions and indicate on the return form the size that you wish to exchange for.

Refund

Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email from us. 

If you haven’t received an email within 15 working days after sending your return back to us, please contact us for further assistance. 

Please allow 14 days after your return has been approved for your refund to be processed. Please note that the processing time for refund is dictated by card issuers.
